Two types of labels are required when shipping items to Amazon's fulfillment network:
- Item label. The label that you place on each individual item that you send to Amazon's fulfillment network. You do not need to place labels on
eligible stickerless, commingled inventory. For more information about product
eligibility for stickerless, commingled inventory, see the Amazon Seller Central
Help for your marketplace.
- Shipping label. The label that you affix to the outside of each package that you ship
to Amazon's fulfillment network.
Note: Amazon recommends that you implement pixel shaving to remove one
pixel from each barcode combination. This will increase the readability of the
barcode and will not affect its symbology.
